Rope Skipping Class

The rope skipping class offers a precious oppprtunity for students to enjoy the fun they get from a game in an indoor setting. There are 21 members of the rope skipping class 2011-2012. Under the professional coaching of a trainer, student acquire the skills of doing rope skipping on on hand, and cooperating with others on the other.

Rope skipping is an exceptionally good exercise to maintain both physical healthy and mental health. It provides effective training on an individual's agility and endurance and hence a good way to enhance the general health and fitness of the body. Rope Skipping can be called a "pay-little-earn-much" exercise because :

• it requires a relatively small work-out area without the nuisance of renting specific venues.
• it is an exercise which utilizes your hands, feet and brain at the same time, which serves as a simple way to heighten the volume of limbic exercise and agility of a person. Rope skipping speeds up metabolism, enhances blood circulation and strengthens cardio-vascular functions.
