2. Primary 4 and 5 Academic Reports

Upload reports for 1st Term, 2nd Term, and Whole Year.

Diplomas or certificates of special skills and achievement awards (optional).
3. Applicant’s Photo

4. Identification Documents

Upload a copy of the student’s Hong Kong Identity Card, Passport, or Birth Certificate.

For non-permanent residents, upload the visa/permit with an endorsement issued by the Hong Kong Immigration Department, indicating permission to study in Hong Kong.
5. Application Fee Payment

Upload the bank receipt for the HK$75 application fee.
6. Primary Six Student Record Form

Email a copy of the form to [email protected] on or before 31 January 2027. Parents will receive this form in December from their child’s primary school.

Note: Students studying in overseas or international schools are not required to submit this form.

The College has not authorised or appointed any agency, company or individual to handle applications, provide admissions advice or guarantee admission on its behalf. All applications must be submitted directly to the College by students or their parents.

Integrity of the Admissions Process
All applications are assessed fairly. Any applicant found to have provided false or misleading information will be disqualified, and their application will not be considered further.
